Can I use Mastercard or Visa in Iran?

No. Due to sanctions, international cards do not work in Iran. Our debit card is the best alternative.

Where is the card accepted?

At all shops with POS machines, tourist sites, restaurants, and most ATMs across Iran.

How do I top up?

Via PayPal before arrival or with cash upon arrival. Funds are converted to Rials and loaded to your card.

What if I lose the card?

We’ll block the card and issue a new one. Remaining balance is transferred to your new card.

How long does it take to receive my card?

Cards are issued within 1 working day after receiving required documents.
